By submitting this application, I confirm that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee selection, funding, participation, or continued engagement in the Entrepreneurs Investment Program (EIP). I further acknowledge that all decisions made by the EIP selection committee and its partners are final, non-contestable, and not subject to explanation or appeal.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

I acknowledge that EIP 2026, the Global Entrepreneurship Festival (GEF), and Entrepreneurship Village (E-Village) jointly own and operate the Entrepreneurs Investment Program (EIP), including all branding, concepts, materials, curriculum, tools, frameworks, and intellectual property shared during the program. I agree that any resources provided, whether physical, digital, written, or recorded are solely for personal and educational purposes and may not be redistributed, commercialized, modified, or used for any unauthorized training or business activities without written consent.

I understand that all materials submitted during the application or participation period, including business plans, testimonials, video content, interviews, and images may be reviewed, stored, and utilized for program administration, internal evaluation, and marketing purposes.

Media Release & Publicity Consent

By participating in the EIP program, I voluntarily authorize and consent to EIP, GEF, and E-Village having the unrestricted, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, broadcast, and distribute my name, likeness, business name, testimonials, photos, videos, interviews, and story across all media platforms globally and in perpetuity. I waive the right to inspect or approve any final usage and understand that no compensation shall be due.

I also acknowledge that any media captured (including photos, recordings, presentations, and digital submissions) during the program becomes the exclusive intellectual property of EIP, GEF, and E-Village.

Funding & Investment Terms

I acknowledge that any financial investment or award offered through the EIP program will be managed solely by Entrepreneurship Village and is subject to internal timelines, due diligence, verification processes, and disbursement policies. Funds may be disbursed in phases over a period ranging from six (6) to thirty-six (36) months from the date of public announcement or internal approval and may be delayed or withdrawn based on organizational discretion.

The percentage of funding and non-cash support allocated to each participant shall be determined solely at the discretion of EIP, GEF, and Entrepreneurship Village (E-Village).

All funding and non-cash benefits are conditional and may be withheld, modified, delayed, or revoked if:

• I fail to comply with program expectations,
• I misrepresent information or breach confidentiality,
• I divert resources from their approved use,
• My conduct or business violates local, international, ethical, or program standards.

Participation in training, mentorship, or pitching sessions does not constitute or imply endorsement, partnership, or guaranteed funding from EIP, GEF, E-Village, or any associated individuals, mentors, or investors.

Seed Investment Disbursement

Seed investment shall be disbursed in tranches, with the timing, percentages, and disbursement schedule determined solely by the Entrepreneurship Investment Program (EIP). All disbursements shall be subject to the achievement of agreed milestones and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). EIP reserves the right to suspend, revise, or discontinue further disbursements where agreed milestones or program requirements are not met.

Investment Structure

I understand that any investment awarded under EIP shall be provided as a combination of 50% cash funding and 50% non-cash business support. The non-cash support is designed to strengthen business growth and may include, but is not limited to, business coaching, mentorship, legal and regulatory support, accounting and financial advisory, IT and digital solutions, branding and brand makeover, marketing and publicity, investor and partner introductions, business development support, access to E-Village office infrastructure and shared workspaces, training, networking opportunities, strategic advisory services, and other capacity-building initiatives.

Equity Participation

I acknowledge that the EIP, powered by Entrepreneurship Village, is designed to support the growth and sustainability of participating businesses. As part of this partnership, E-Village may secure an equity interest in the business, typically ranging from 1% to 5%, in recognition of the investment, business support, mentorship, strategic guidance, and ecosystem resources provided.

The final equity percentage shall be mutually agreed upon and documented in a separate written investment agreement prior to any disbursement of funds.

Program Completion Confirmation

I acknowledge and agree that my full participation in all required program activities, attendance at the Global Entrepreneurship Festival in November, and physical presence to receive my Certificate of Participation at GEF 2026 shall serve as final and irrevocable confirmation that I have successfully completed the Entrepreneurs Investment Program (EIP). No digital, third-party, or substitute verification shall replace this condition unless officially approved in writing by the EIP Program Office.

Code of Conduct & Ethical Standards

I agree to conduct myself with integrity, professionalism, and mutual respect throughout the program. I understand that harassment, discrimination, cyberbullying, abuse, or any behavior that threatens the safety, dignity, or operations of the program may result in my immediate removal without explanation or compensation.

I further understand that my actions reflect on the reputation of the program and agree to represent EIP, GEF, and E-Village in a manner aligned with their global mission and values.

Confidentiality & Third-Party Engagement

I agree not to disclose, replicate, or misuse any proprietary, confidential, or strategic information shared by EIP organizers, mentors, partners, or fellow participants. This obligation extends beyond the duration of the program.

I understand that the EIP program may engage third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Forms, learning management systems), and I accept the terms, limitations, and risks associated with such platforms. EIP, GEF, and E-Village are not responsible for any service disruptions, data loss, or misuse arising from these platforms.

Non-Entitlement & Independent Participation

I acknowledge that I am participating as an independent applicant or founder and not as a representative of any third party. I understand that no entitlement, expectation, or guarantee of future collaboration, funding, exposure, or benefits exists beyond the specific terms communicated during the program.

Force Majeure

I understand that EIP, GEF, and E-Village shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, public health emergencies, cyberattacks, war, legal restrictions, or political unrest. In such cases, the organizers reserve the right to postpone, adjust, restructure, or cancel any portion of the program without liability.

Forfeiture of Opportunity

I acknowledge that the Entrepreneurs Investment Program (EIP) operates under strict timelines and limited opportunities. I agree that I am solely responsible for remaining reachable and responsive through the contact details I have provided. If I fail to respond to any official communication, submit required documents, attend scheduled meetings or activities, accept an offer, or comply with any instruction within the specified timeframe, I shall be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited the opportunity. EIP, the Global Entrepreneurship Festival (GEF), and Entrepreneurship Village (E-Village) shall have the unrestricted right to withdraw, cancel, or reassign such opportunity, funding, award, investment, mentorship, or benefit to the next eligible applicant without further notice or liability. I irrevocably waive any right to contest, appeal, or seek compensation arising from such reallocation.

Termination, Suspension & Organizational Discretion

I acknowledge and agree that EIP, the Global Entrepreneurship Festival (GEF), and Entrepreneurship Village (E-Village) reserve the absolute right, at their sole and reasonable discretion, to suspend, restrict, withdraw, or terminate my application, participation, eligibility, benefits, funding, awards, mentorship, access to program activities, or any other association with the Entrepreneurs Investment Program (EIP) at any stage before, during, or after the program where they determine that such action is necessary to protect the integrity, reputation, objectives, operations, security, legal compliance, partners, stakeholders, participants, or best interests of the program.

Such action may be taken with or without prior notice where circumstances reasonably require and may include, but is not limited to, situations involving misconduct, misrepresentation, dishonesty, conflicts of interest, unethical or unlawful conduct, breach of confidentiality, non-compliance with program requirements, reputational concerns, safety or security risks, inappropriate behaviour, interference with program operations, violation of applicable laws or policies, or any other circumstance that, in the reasonable judgment of EIP, GEF, or E-Village, makes continued participation undesirable or inconsistent with the program's mission and standards.

I further acknowledge that the organizers reserve the right to amend, restructure, postpone, suspend, discontinue, or cancel any aspect of the program, including its eligibility criteria, selection process, curriculum, mentorship structure, funding arrangements, investment decisions, timelines, awards, benefits, partnerships, or operational procedures, whenever they consider such changes necessary for operational, legal, strategic, financial, or organizational reasons.

Any decision made by EIP, GEF, or E-Village under this provision shall be final and binding. Except where prohibited by applicable law, I shall have no entitlement to compensation, damages, reimbursement, funding, investment, continued participation, or any other benefit arising from any suspension, withdrawal, termination, modification, or cancellation made under this Agreement.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country designated by EIP, the Global Entrepreneurship Festival (GEF), or Entrepreneurship Village (E-Village) for the applicable program cycle. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this program shall first be addressed through mediation and, if unresolved, shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the designated courts or competent legal authority. Participation signifies consent to this governing law and jurisdiction.

Final Acknowledgement

I confirm that I am at least 21 years old and legally eligible to participate in the EIP program. I understand that all information I provide will be stored securely and may be shared only with authorized stakeholders or under legal obligation.

By completing and submitting this application, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms outlined above. I voluntarily waive any current or future claims against EIP, GEF, E-Village, their staff, directors, agents, partners, and affiliates, and I release them from all liability related to my participation in the program or any associated activities.
